Welcome to the FDCMS Incident Data Exchange (IDEx) Web Portal. Here, you can maintain agency related messages that are ultimately displayed in the fire station as well as on members' mobile devices via our MobileLink site.

Incident dispatch and finalization data can also be collected, displayed and relayed via IDEx and MobileLink when used in conjunction with our flagship application, Alarm Data Interface.

When subscribed to our Member Services system, authorized individuals have access to our agency-wide Web Paging system which allows them to quickly and easily broadcast messages to all or specific groups of your membership.

Our Station Control service allows you to control electrical equipment in your fire station, either when a specific unit is dispatched or remotely using MobileLink.
